Dirty Oysters

Shuck a mess, leaving a little liquor on the shell.

Add a dollop of sour cream onto the top of the oyster, then a drop of finely minced red onion.

Top it off with a smidgen of caviar.  Plain lumpfish caviar will work just fine.

Now add a small shot of Crystal Hot Sauce, and slurp that dirty oyster down.

Effervescent amber colored beverages go well with this, and I don't mean ginger ale!
